RATES AND INSURANCE
Rates are based on a 45-minute therapy session.
I am a provider with several insurance plans including:

Accepted insurances vary based on practice location
so please call to confirm which plans I accept.
I also can work with your insurance as an “Out of Network” provider.
Private pay is also an option for people without insurance or for those concerned about privacy issues.
Please contact me to verify your benefits or discuss payment options if you don’t have or
choose not to use your insurance.
Reduced fees are available on a limited basis.
I currently only accept cash or check for payment.
